About Baffle Bags (Fabric & Net)
A baffle bag is an FIBC with extra panels, called baffles, stitched across each inside corner. When the bag is filled, the baffles hold the walls straight so the bag keeps a square shape instead of bulging into a round one.
Square bags stack neatly, stand steadily on pallets and fill containers and warehouses with far less wasted space — typically up to 30% more product in the same area compared with a standard bag.
We make baffles in two types: fabric baffles, woven from the same polypropylene as the bag for maximum shape control, and net (mesh) baffles, which are lighter and let the product flow and air circulate more freely.
