About Leno Bags
Leno bags are open-mesh bags woven from polypropylene or HDPE tapes in a leno weave, where pairs of threads twist around each other to lock the mesh in place. The result is a light, strong bag full of small openings.
The open mesh lets air circulate freely, so fresh produce stays cool and dry and lasts longer. Buyers can also see the product through the bag, which helps in markets and shops.
